Need Help? We’ve Got Answers.

There are no hidden costs – there is no additional GST or designer fees. With us, you can be confident in honesty and clarity. We don’t promise to give you the lowest prices in Singapore. Why not? Because such prices demand that quality is cut. You must be careful with interior designers or other renovation contractors that give too low a price. These means that something needs to be added later, or that quality is being cut. For instance, our laminates for our carpentry is up to $55. Some companies charge our prices, but have a laminate limit of $30. Therefore, you still need to add the sum eventually. Our pricing is accurate for 90% of all projects.

We focus on what matters to our clients—quality work, efficient processes, satisfied and happy customers. Our costs stay low because:

We don’t maintain a showroom or pay for flashy brochures.

We don’t invest in expensive marketing campaigns gimmick.

We don’t include unnecessary “freebies” that add no real value.

We prioritize on what matters to you—your needs and wants.

Instead, we invest in top-tier materials, experienced craftsmen, and personalised service. Want to see our work? We'll gladly bring you to real project sites so you can see the results firsthand—no flashy showroom needed.

Technically, yes—but it’s not ideal. Renovation involves noise, dust, and ongoing work, which can impact your comfort. If moving in is unavoidable, we can phase the renovation—such as completing bedrooms before the kitchen—but this may extend the timeline. We always recommend moving in only after full completion for safety and peace of mind.

No need. We manage the entire project for you. You’ll receive regular updates and are welcome to visit the site, but our team handles:

Daily coordination
Timeline management
On-site supervision
Problem-solving with contractors

Whether you’re hands-on or prefer a hassle-free experience, we’ve got you covered.

We handle both full and partial renovations. Whether it’s your kitchen, bathroom, or just one room, we’re happy to assist. Many clients renovating resale flats or older units choose partial works. No project is too small—what matters is whether we can deliver lasting value and quality.

We understand that preferences can change. Minor adjustments during carpentry or painting can usually be managed easily. However, once structural works or wiring begin, changes may lead to:

  • Additional costs
  • Delays
  • Rework

That’s why we work closely with clients during the 3D planning and design phase, ensuring your vision is fully realised and locked in before major works begin. This approach saves time, reduces errors, and keeps your renovation on track.
