Because such prices demand that quality is cut. You must be careful with interior designers or other renovation contractors that give too low a price. These means that something needs to be added later, or that quality is being cut. For instance, our laminates for our carpentry is up to $55. Some companies charge our prices, but have a laminate limit of $30. Therefore, you still need to add the sum eventually. Our pricing is accurate for 90% of all projects.

Technically yes, but we don’t recommend it unless it’s unavoidable. Renovation is messy. There’s dust, noise, and constant movement. If you're renovating only one area, we can phase the work like doing the kitchen first, then the bedrooms but this can stretch the timeline slightly. It's always better to move in after the handover, for your own comfort and safety.
No, that’s our job. You’ll be updated regularly and can drop by to check on progress. If you prefer hands-on, we welcome your visits. But if you’re busy, rest assured we manage the schedule, coordinate all trades, and handle site issues on your behalf.
We do both. Whether it's just your kitchen, bathroom, or living room, we’re happy to help. Partial renovations are common for resale units or older flats. What matters to us is whether we can add value and complete it well, not just the project size.
We understand that things evolve. Minor changes during carpentry or painting are manageable. But if the structure or layout is already confirmed and in progress, changes can mean additional work, cost, or delays. We always advise clients to finalise the design during the 3d and space planning stage, not during hacking or wiring. That way, you save time and avoid mistakes.
